Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Luxury Floors offers retail sales and installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. All services are subject to availability and agreement between the client and our team.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, materials, or site conditions. Any changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Appointments

Appointment times are scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. Customers agree to allow our representatives access to the job site at scheduled times. Missed or canceled appointments may require rescheduling based on availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties

Luxury Floors may provide a limited warranty on installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as provided by the supplier. Warranty details are available upon request.

6. Use of Website

By using our website (https://myluxuryfloors.com), you agree not to use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. We may update site content at any time without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your acceptance of any updated policies.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.

Return and Refund Policy

At Luxury Floors, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Because many of our materials are special order and services are customized to each project, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Product Refunds

All LVP flooring sales are final once the order is placed and materials are cut, loaded, or delivered.
Returns may be accepted on unopened, undamaged boxes within 7 days of purchase and are subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the supplier.
Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Service Refunds

Installation deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been delivered to the site.
If an installation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, any unused portion of your deposit may be refundable at our discretion.
If issues arise during or after installation, we will work to resolve them under our workmanship warranty (details provided at time of service).

3. Cancellations & Reschedules

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone, text, or email at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee, particularly if crews or materials have already been dispatched.

4. Defective Products

If any product is found to be defective prior to installation, we will coordinate a replacement or refund per the manufacturer’s policy.
